Welcome to "Living Better Therapeutic Massage & Health Coaching".
"Living Better" massage services include an integrated swedish and deep tissue massage, Upledger's CranioSacral Therapy, Aromatherapy, Usui Reiki, and now lymphatic drainage.
"Living Better Presentations" creates support presentations and workshops for organizations wanting to learn more about day-to-day living with Fibromyalgia. We have combined Lesley's experience of living with fibromyalgia while facilitating a support group for seven years along with working as a massage therapist and yoga instructor. Lesley provides a nurturing and educational presentation helping her audience find the power to take control of their lives despite the pain.
